Complete spool files

A complete spool file(s) may transferred into any of the supported output formats, for example PDF or Text. PDF profiles are available so the PDF document may be tailored to amend the layout such as font size and type.

Selected spool files

Select specific data from a spool file at line and / or field level. The data can be taken from anywhere on the spool file to create one row of data.

Split a spool file into individual documents

A spool file may split to create a number of separate documents, each one may automatically be e-mailed to a different address.

Spool files archiving

Select a range of spool files using selection criteria such as Output queues, User Id's, Spool file names to identify those to transfer. Optionally record the transfer, move the spool file to a different queue or delete the file after the transfer.
